This course is especially relevant to Supervisors or Business Operators or Managers who wish to develop their skills across a broad spectrum of business skills including:
Upon successful completion of the Certificate IV in Business you will achieve a nationally recognised qualification.
Units to be completed and learning outcomes:
To achieve this qualification you need to complete 10 units of competency, which have been developed into 7 online lessons. Other options are also available based on your previous experiences or qualifications achieved.
1 Core Unit
Lesson -Customer Service
This course is delivered completely on-line therefore there are no fixed enrolment dates; you enrol and commence your course at a time and place suitable for you. There are no classroom dates and times that you need to factor in to your busy work schedule.
Once enrolled you have 12 months to complete your qualification. We envisage it will take much shorter to achieve your qualification; you are in control of when and how you complete this.
Total nominal volume of learning: 6 months
The full cost of this course is: AU$2190. This consists of an upfront fee of $1500 and a further payment of $690 within 2 months of enrolling in this course.

If you do not have a current work environment, you may need to volunteer your services or seek work placement experience to meet these requirements, or you may provide a reference from a previous employer that covers these requirements.
Types of assessment tasks take the form of:
Recognition of Prior Learning or current competency (RPL)
If you feel you already have competence in any of the units within this qualification, you can apply to have these skills recognised through the RPL process.
Please contact your Connect trainer to discuss possible RPL options based on your current skills and knowledge across any of these units. Evidence of work experience can be used in your RPL application. A formal interview also forms part of your RPL process.
