If your role involves taking on apprentices or trainees or you currently coach and mentor others, then this course will assist in further developing your mentoring and communication skills.

Upon successful completion of this course you will achieve a Statement of Attainment for the nationally recognised unit:
TAEDEL404: Mentoring in the workplace.
This is one of the elective units from the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and can also be used as a credit transfer towards the Certificate IV in Business (BSB40215).
Once enrolled you have 3 months to complete this course. We estimate this course will take you approx 30 hours to complete.
